Wallet transactions are stored securely in our database. We do not store credit/debit card details directly — all external payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Your wallet balance and transaction history are accessible only to you through your authenticated account.
We share your guest details (name, email, phone) with the hotel property for your booking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with law enforcement when required by law. Analytics data (anonymized) may be used to improve our services.
We use cookies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences and recent searches, and analyze platform usage for improvements. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance. You can request account deletion by contacting our support team, after which your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
