1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Pulp Hotels platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
To make bookings, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Hotel owners and travel agents must complete additional verification including document submission.
3. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed are per night and may vary based on dates, room type, and meal plan selected. GST is calculated as per government regulations — 5% for rooms up to ₹7,499/night and 18% for rooms above ₹7,500/night. Payment is processed through the wallet system. Ensure sufficient wallet balance before confirming a booking.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds are processed to your wallet balance as per the applicable cancellation policy. Free cancellation is typically available up to 24 hours before check-in. Late cancellations may incur charges as specified in the property's cancellation policy.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate guest information at the time of booking. Any damage to hotel property during your stay is your responsibility. Illegal activities on hotel premises are strictly prohibited. Users must comply with individual hotel rules and regulations during their stay.
6. Hotel Owner Obligations
Hotel owners must provide accurate property information including room details, amenities, photos, and pricing. Room availability must be kept up to date. Hotel owners must honor confirmed bookings at the listed price. Properties must meet minimum safety and hygiene standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pulp Hotels platform including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of Pulp Hotels and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pulp Hotels acts as an intermediary between guests and hotel properties. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by hotels, any injuries or losses during your stay, or any disputes between guests and hotel properties. Our maximum liability is limited to the booking amount paid.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
