Booking support
Understand cancellation cutoffs, refund handling, no-show rules, and booking-change guidance before you confirm a stay on Pulp Hotels.

Each property on Pulp Hotels can set its own cancellation policy. The exact refund window, deadline, and charges are shown on the room or rate plan before you confirm your booking, and that displayed policy is the one that applies to your reservation.
Many stays offer free cancellation up to a stated cutoff before check-in, often 24 hours or more. If your booking is cancelled inside the free-cancellation window, the eligible refund is credited in full according to the policy shown at checkout and on the confirmation.
If you cancel after the free-cancellation window has passed, the refund amount may reduce based on the hotel's rules. Common examples include a partial refund for late cancellation and no refund for very last-minute cancellations close to check-in.
If a guest does not arrive and the booking is not cancelled in time, the booking is treated as a no-show. In most no-show cases, the booking becomes non-refundable and the stay amount or applicable charge is retained under the property's policy.
Eligible refunds are generally issued to your Pulp Hotels wallet. Wallet credits are usually created shortly after the cancellation is confirmed, and you can use that balance for future bookings or any supported payout flow available on your account.
If a hotel cannot honor a confirmed booking because of maintenance, overbooking, route disruption, or another operational issue, Pulp Hotels will help coordinate the case. Eligible guest payments are refunded according to the final resolution and our team may suggest alternate stays where available.
If you want to change travel dates, contact support before cancelling. Some bookings can be modified instead of cancelled, depending on room availability, rate plan restrictions, and the property's own cancellation and amendment rules.
You can cancel from your booking flow where available, from your account's booking history, or by contacting support. Before you confirm the cancellation, the platform should show the expected refund or charge based on the booking's active cancellation policy.
If you believe the cancellation amount was calculated incorrectly, contact Pulp Hotels support with your booking reference as soon as possible. Our team reviews the booking, the selected rate plan, and the property's policy before responding to the dispute.
