Cancellation policies are set by individual hotel properties and may vary. The applicable cancellation policy is always displayed clearly before you confirm your booking. Please review it carefully before proceeding with your reservation.
Many properties on Pulp Hotels offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. If you cancel within this window, you will receive a full refund to your wallet. The free cancellation deadline is shown on your booking confirmation.
If you cancel after the free cancellation window has passed, a partial refund may apply based on the hotel's policy. Common structures include: 75% refund if cancelled 12-24 hours before check-in, 50% refund if cancelled 6-12 hours before check-in, and no refund if cancelled less than 6 hours before check-in.
If you do not check in on your scheduled date without prior cancellation, this is treated as a no-show. No-shows typically result in no refund and the full booking amount is charged. Some properties may hold the booking until a specified time on the check-in date.
All refunds are processed to your Pulp Hotels wallet balance — not to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within minutes of cancellation. You can use your wallet balance for future bookings or request a withdrawal.
In rare cases, a hotel may cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, maintenance, overbooking). In such cases, you will receive a full 100% refund to your wallet, and our team will assist you in finding an alternative property.
If you need to change your dates rather than cancel entirely, please contact us before cancelling. Date modifications may be possible without penalty depending on the hotel's availability and policy.
You can cancel your booking from: My Bookings page on the website, contacting our 24/7 support team, or through the agent dashboard (for agent bookings). The refund amount will be shown before you confirm the cancellation.
If you believe a refund was incorrectly calculated, please contact our support team at support@pulphotels.com within 7 days of cancellation. We will review the applicable policy and resolve the dispute within 5 business days.
