Enter the number of adults and children (with each child's age) and how many rooms you need. The price updates live as you change them.

Check the price breakdown — room charges, taxes and the grand total — accept the terms and confirm. You'll get an instant confirmation.

Yes. On the booking page use the Rooms stepper to add rooms (up to the property's limit). Adults, children and pricing recalculate automatically.
You need to be signed in so we can attach the booking to your profile, send confirmations and let you manage or cancel it later.
Open My Bookings from your profile menu. Each booking shows status, dates, the hotel and the amount paid.
Guests pay by IMPS or NEFT bank transfer. Partner agents pay from their wallet balance. Every confirmed booking shows an itemised price breakdown including 18%/5% GST as applicable.
The wallet is a prepaid balance used by partner agents to pay for bookings instantly. You can request a top-up (recharge) and the admin approves it.
GST follows the per-night room rate: stays at or above ₹7,500/night are taxed at 18%, below that at 5%. The exact split is shown in the price breakdown before you confirm.
Use the Login page. You can sign in with your mobile number + OTP, or with your email and password.
Open Profile from the account menu to edit your name, contact details and saved information.
That usually means your session expired or was signed out elsewhere. Sign in again; if it persists, clear the site's cookies and retry.
Open My Bookings, select the booking and choose Cancel. You'll see a preview of the refund amount based on the hotel's cancellation policy before you confirm.
It depends on the property's policy and how close the cancellation is to check-in (e.g. full refund 24h+ before, partial closer in). The exact figure is shown in the cancellation preview.
Approved refunds are credited back to your original method / wallet. Wallet refunds are usually immediate; bank refunds can take a few business days.
Open notification settings
Go to Profile → Notifications. These preferences are saved per device.
Turn on browser push
Click "Turn on" and allow notifications when your browser asks. You'll then get booking confirmations, wallet updates and support replies even when the tab is closed.
Manage messages
Use Messages to talk to support. New replies show a badge in the header; opening the thread marks it read and clears the badge.
Your browser must support web push and notifications must not be blocked for this site. On a secure context (https or localhost) click Turn on and accept the permission prompt. If it's blocked, re-enable notifications for the site in your browser settings.
Make sure push is turned on for this device, the browser allowed notifications, and the tab/browser is permitted to run in the background. Each device is managed separately.
Start a thread from Messages or Contact. You'll be notified of replies; opening the conversation marks it read so the unread badge clears.
Sign in with your hotel account and open the Hotel dashboard to manage rooms, rates, availability and bookings.
Use the Agent portal: add clients, book on their behalf, and see your commission per booking. Earnings can be withdrawn to your bank from the Wallet page.
Partner accounts require document verification. Upload the requested documents from your profile; once an admin approves them your dashboard unlocks.
