Yes. Small homestays list on the same terms as hotels: free to join, no monthly fee, 8% only on bookings that come through Pulp.
How do guests pay my homestay?
Directly to you, on your own UPI or at the property. Pulp sends one bill a month for its 8%.
Can I keep my Booking.com and Airbnb listings?
Yes. Keep every channel you use. The owner app can sync availability with Booking.com and Agoda.
Do I need a website?
No. Your homestay gets its own page on pulphotels.com with your photos, rooms and a Book button, built to be found on Google.
